You may just stop by and we will get you checked in. Bring your Patient ID and Driver’s license with you when shopping with us.

If you would like a pharmacist consultation to discuss your options, please fill out the online patient intake form. This will be sent directly to the dispensary that you choose to visit.

You can choose to schedule an consultation with one of our pharmacists if you would like to discuss your options.
